First I start with a sugar cookie I tinted green for the holiday and I paired it with a chocolate cookie and joined them together with an amazing buttercream jumpin' with Bailey's Irish Cream Whiskey. The second part is that these are available all year long, not just on St. Paddy's Day....so enjoy!!
