These oversized cookies have it going on! I started with an oatmeal cookie, poured in a generous amount of white chocolate chips and tossed in craisins to the mix. And then an inspiration hit me! Cranberries benefit greatly from orange, even white chocolate is wonderful with a touch of orange. So I grabbed the best orange I know, Grand Marnier, and added a splash at a time, until I had the perfect balance. A new twist on an old favorite!!
